1. Your Booking
1.1. Your booking is with Must Stay Again, a trading name of LD Online Limited.
1.2. These terms apply to all direct bookings and supplement any third-party platform terms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com).
1.3. A booking is confirmed—and a legal contract formed—once payment has been received and processed.
1.4. The booking is for short-term leisure or business use and does not constitute a tenancy.
1.5. At least one guest must be over 18 and present throughout the stay.
1.6. Maximum occupancy: 6 plus one infant. Additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval.
1.7. Bookings may not be transferred, sublet, or reassigned without written permission from MSA.
2. Payment, Fees & Cancellation
2.1. A cleaning fee of £75 is applied to all bookings.
2.2. A £150 security deposit is pre-authorised on your card 24 hours before arrival. This is not charged unless required for damages or breach of terms.
2.3. Cancellation Policy (direct bookings):
- 14+ days before arrival: full refund
- Less than 14 days: non-refundable unless rebooked
2.4. Third-party platform cancellation policies override the above.
2.5. In the unlikely event we must cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Late check-out without approval will incur a £70 fee.
Early check-in/late check-out may be possible on request for a fee.
4. During Your Stay
4.1. The property will be professionally cleaned with towels, linen, and essentials provided.
4.2. You agree to:
- Not smoke inside the property (designated outdoor areas only)
- Not host parties, events, hen/stag dos
- Avoid excessive noise, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM
- Treat the property and its contents with care
- Return all keys and fobs at check-out
4.3. Noise Monitoring:
A Minut device monitors sound levels (not audio). You’ll be alerted if noise exceeds limits. Repeated violations may result in termination without refund.
4.4. Right of Entry:
MSA reserves the right to enter in the case of emergency, suspected breach, or essential maintenance.
4.5. Commercial Use:
The property may not be used for unauthorised content creation, photography or filming.
5. Pet Policy
- One dog under 15kg is allowed with prior approval
- Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in carpeted areas
- Guests must clean up all mess (indoors and outdoors)
- No pet items are provided – please bring your own
- A £40 pet fee applies and must be paid before arrival
- Additional cleaning/damage will be charged if needed
6. Damages & Extra Charges
The following charges apply if applicable:
- Lost key/fob: £100
- Excessive cleaning: £30/hour
- Smoking indoors: £100
- Late check-out without approval: £70
- Emergency call-out: £100
7. Utilities, Wi-Fi & Lost Property
Wi-Fi and utilities are provided but may be disrupted by external factors. We are not responsible for items left behind. Found items will be held for 14 days and returned upon request at your expense.
8. Privacy & Identification
Your personal data is processed in line with GDPR.
All guests must provide valid photo ID prior to check-in via our booking system.
International guests may need to provide passport details and onward travel info per UK law.
9. Contact & Support
For issues during your stay, please contact us using your booking platform or the number provided.
Formal complaints can be sent to our guest support email and will be addressed within 2 working days.
10. Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales
Must Stay Again is a trading name of LD Online Limited
Our liability is limited to the total value of your booking, except in the case of personal injury caused by negligence.
